It's cool.
One time, I tried to make my own toilet paper. Wish I'd had a tutorial.

Sort of boring
There wasn't really much to it. And if you're gonna remove the quality setting from the contextual menu items, put an in-game quality toggle. The framerate got pretty bad after a while.
I am a gangster.
And we don't lay down when we shoot.
Animation was above average
And the gameplay was simple enough, but the "fight" mechanics really didn't make any sense to me, and I read the tutorial...
Excellent
I really liked the style and the gameplay. The only weak points I could see was the artwork- it just wasn't as polished as everything else. The particle effects were incredible, though.
Well-made knockoff.
I just can't understand why you'd release two different versions of this game...unless it's a really clever way to get more advertising impressions. If that's not the case, I think that it's lame that you can only play this game as Obama, and have to play the other game to be Clinton. You should have included all the major candidates and allowed players to choose their own. It would have been dope if the different regions had different ratios of bubbles based on what's important to the regions- and if it was a state-by-state deal. As it is, I'm just disappointed that this game was broken up into separate SWF's- that's no way to win my vote.
It's ok. But just ok.
The controls really didn't feel responsive- I think it would have felt more together if you'd used the arrow keys to move, and the mouse to aim/fire. But it's your game, and you can do whatever you want with it. It did play a little slow, and that had nothing to do with the quality settings, it was just slow. The firing also felt a little buggy. It was ok, though.
Toasters?
I don't know about toasters. Minecarts seemed like the logical guess, but maybe you're right. As for the game- this was one small step for a developer, and one giant leap backwards for the rest of the internet. I'm not gonna shit on the graphics- sometimes other things come first, and I'd rather see boring pixels than retarded stick figures. But in this case... nothing else came first. The game was flawless, from a coding standpoint- I didn't see any problems at all, and that can be tricky. Very well coded. But the concept was weak- it's been done thousands of times, literally. If this game had added ANYTHING to the genre, maybe I could give it points based on that. But there was nothing new here, or even above average. It was as average as a platform game can get. And average games get a 5/10.
Sorry to hate on your game...
But I think these internets have enough mouse avoiders on them to last a lifetime. I know it's easy to make mouse-mazes, and that's why people do it... but come on now- there's got to be something you can do to make it different than the 500 other ones that already came out.
